We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior STEAM Trainer to lead innovative, hands-on STEAM programs for students aged 6–16. You will design and deliver engaging curricula that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver STEAM workshops and enrichment programs
- Develop age-appropriate curricula aligned with MOE frameworks
- Mentor and train junior trainers
- Collaborate with schools and community partners
- Track student progress and prepare reports
- Manage classroom materials and equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in STEAM education or training
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Familiarity with design thinking and maker methodologies
- Experience with robotics, coding, or digital fabrication is a plus
